Totalmente literal. Esta es la nueva medida aprobada por el Ayuntamiento de Madrid para combatir el botellón en las calles de la zona.

" El manguerazo" ya se ha puesto en práctica hace escasos días, los viernes y sábados. Dos o tres dotaciones de limpieza y varias patrullas de la Policía Municipal sacan una manguera y comienzan a regar las plazas de la zona (Chueca, Vázquez de Mella y Del Rey).

Aunque los jóvenes se dispersan en calles aledañas y siguen con esta popular práctica ilegal, los vecinos esá contentos y se manienen espectantes para ver si es efectivo a corto plazo.
